MEMORANDUM FOR: Special Assistant, NPIC
SUBJECT: Messrs. Attendance at DSIATP.
1.1 1 failed the first four exams in the course which
began on September. He also did very poorly in the make-up exams.
After consultation with the Chief Instructor at Offutt, it was de-
cided to withdraw as of 24 October 1969.
2. Jalso failed two of the first four exams and it
was decided to have him continue to see if there would be any improve-
ment. He latter failed several more exams. We were informed by
Offutt that he probably would not pass the course. It was decided,
with Offutt approval, to let complete the course to get
as much out of it as he could. The course was about one-half com-
pleted at this time, and it was understood that desired
to complete the course. Fie continued on a non-credit status. A
Certificate of Attendance for has been issued by the
School.
