In accordance with the above referenced requirement the Blagodatno e grid and storage site has been examined on good quality land compared with previous coverage. 2. A large new grid, 4+4-17N 132102E, covering, approximately 15 square miles has been observed four nautical miles (rim) west of the old storage area. The grid lines are oriented in a nnrth- south and east-west direction across.illy forested terrain. A possible double fence appears to be under construction around the perimeter. (Figure 1) 3. A new site is under construction 1.5 nm south of the old storage area. Ground aMsrs to have peen cleared for four build-11 ings, no security fence can be distinguished. This site is connect- ed to a main road that runts by the old storage area. (Figure 1) 1+. Three bunker areas that were not previously noted were observed near the storage M rea but an examination and comparison of poor quality 1956 photography revealed the bunkers were pre- sent in 1956. (Figure 2) 5. Sole of the security lines and the old storage area have been d. The southwest hal of,this area is now separated from the northeast half by a single fence and a ware- house has been removed fi,mI&'the southwest corner permitting a straightens of the perimeter fence. (Figure 2) Vegetation has been cleare?From both sides of the perimeter fence along some sections.
