MEMORANDUM FOR: Chief, Technical Development Staff, DS
SUBJECT : Residual Equipment
1. Attached is a copy of an informal letter listing re-
sidual equipment for the subject contract and purchase costs thereof.
Abandonment of this Government property t n return for further STAT
data on photobleach that may develop, was avorably considered
in discussion with previous to the last visit to= STAT
2. Inasmuch as the normal dollar return for such items by
the contractor is about 10% or for these items, and be- STAT
cause the most promising results of the photobleach process were
only recently attained it is reconmtended the equipment be abandoned
to promote further studies of the process and that STAT
Southwest Station, Flash ng'on, STAT
D.C. be designated as the recipient for the information.
