SUBJECT : Report of the ADP Committee of OBI

1. The Committee met on this day in the Magazine Building. Present
in addition to the regular e Messrs. from 25X1A9a
25X1A9a the Director's Office and f GD/BI. For the first time, M 25X1 A9a
25X1A9a _ represented ED/B1.
25X1A9a 2. from the Analysis Division of DD/S&T, gave a very
complete rundown on remote stations. Possible applications for OBI com-
ponents include editorial review, information storage and retrieval, and
graphic generation. ORD is searching for an existing system to experiment
with--preferably one that is unclassified. Committee members will endeavor
to locate a suitable application in their own Divisions.
3. Recent developments such as the 5-year ADP Plan, the new Infor-
mation Processing Coordinator, and the new ADP Project Request Form were
discussed briefly.
