HUANG-PU NAVAL BASE, KUANG-CHOU, CHINA
INTRODUCTION -
This- report is one of a series describing
Chinese Communist shipyards and ports as ob-
served on aerial photography.
The Iluang-pu Naval Base
a small steel plant are under construction
along the eastern edge of the base. Approx-
imately 33 buildings have been removed and
35 buildings constructed during the period ofr'

DESCRIPTION
