under your WAUTA Life Insurance contract issued by War Agencies
Employees Protective Association.
The Board of Directors of WAEPA recently increased the basic
life insurance coverage for persons making less than $3,200 per annum
to $7,500 and the accidental death and dismemberment coverage to

and dismemberment coverage to $25,000, making a total of $40,000

not dependent upon declaring annual dividends as has been ,,he case
heretofore, and there is no increase in premium payments.
The Board of Directors also voted to pet aside a reserve fund ift
an amount sufficient to permit members upon attaining the age of 65
to continue one-third of their group life insurance (e.g., $15:000
reduces to $5,000). The cost of this continuing coverage after
retirement will be $2.50 per month per thousand or $30 per year per
thousand up to a maximum of $5,000. It should be appreciated that
this rate per thousand is approximately one-third of the average
rate of ordinary life insurance if purchased at the age of 65; namely,
$90 per thousand.
The above information provides you with a summary of the facts
concerning recent increase3 made in your WAEPA Life Insurance Coverage.
