prove helpful in future operations. In addition, a knowled a of the native
language is most useful in dealing with the many who speak 25X1A6a
little or no English, and with whom he has so far been unable to establish'
a satisfactory working relationship. Chief of Station finds himself at a
disadvantage in attempting to work with these individuals either on the in<
