STUDY OF PROVISIONS FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION
CONCERNED WITH-PHYSICAL SECURITY GUIDELINES AND TRANSFER
OF MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY
A meeting was held on June 27, 1974, among those listed in
the attached "attendees sheet" to.discuss the scope of the
planned study. A tentative study outline was distributed
and assignments were agreed to by each individual. The
outline was revised during the meeting and the finalized
version is attached, also showing those offices or agencies
having primary responsibility for the various portions.
Where multiple participation is indicated, the first listed
office or agency will assume the lead and will be responsible
for coordinating the inputs of the others. A first draft
will be given to the chairman (Vance H. Hudgins) by c.o.b.
July 12, 1974.
?,.I:twas_agreed that the-.subject matter,-unless materials
used from other sources are clearly designated, will be
treated as CONF/GDS.
It was further agreed that maximum interagency coordination
and liaison will be affected by the participants in order
that cross-fertilization of ideas will be included in the
final report.
