Approved For Release 2001/04/10 : CIA-RDP81B00878R001200020331-5 22 January 1958 Subject: Contract OS-100 Overseas Differential Reference: Telecon 20 January 1958, TLB to HL Dear Sir: Please find attached hereto the detailed schedule of calculations for the overseas differentials accrued during the two fiscal year periods 1 April 1956 through 30 June 1956 and 1 July 1956 through 30 June 1957. It is our understanding that the final determined price for the period 1 April 1956 through 30 June 1956 of the subject contract will be increased from $37, 940. 56 by the amount of $2, 397. 69 for a new total of $40, 338.25. Further the final determined price for the period 1 July 1956 through 30 June 1957 will be increased from $371, 139. 72 by the amount of $29, 744. 53 to a new total of $400, 884.25. The new grand total for services and over- seas differential will then be $441, 225.50. The 0 & A rate applied to the accrued overseas differential has been adjusted to that rate applicable in the final total determined price. Very truly yours, HYCON MFG.
