After further review, I have adjusted the proposed revision of the Finance Staffing Pattern for the Office of Communications to include an additional Accounting Techni- cian at grade GS-07. 2. As you indicated in the reference, certain staffing pattern changes will be required, involving an upgrading of another GS-07 Technician to GS-09. The OC Administration Division will work with the Office of Personnel to accomplish the changes you have proposed.
