OBJECTS AT ISTRA ASSEMBLY FACILITY
This memorandum is issued in response to a request of 18 July
1957 from the Guided Missiles Branchh, ORR, for a community-agreed
estimate of length of missile-like objects at'the Istra Assembly
Facility.
A meeting was held on 12 August 1957 between representatives
of CIA/RR/GP, the special Army liaison group, AFCIN 1A2, and
AFCIN-4D2 for the purpose of concurring in an estimated length of
the missile-like objects imaged on the October 1955 photography of
the Istra Assembly Facility.
