M-stract : Alimcmazine was used in 6 adult rsychiatric natients, 300 to
500 -mg./day for 5 days, alternating with 5 days of placebo, repeating
cycle, carefully evaluating results. Drug improved all; in 2 patients
this I.-aprovcrient was continued whiln on nlncebo, not in the rest. Minor
side eficcts in all. In 18 children aged 6 to 13 and treated wLth
paroral syrup form, it was less effective. Four Western and I Czech ref.
