B. In an effort to reduce somewhat thm.:number of pneumatic tubes
which we dispatch from 150 tc~ 17i~U hears, informal arrangements
are being made ts~ have the Qgeratinq Divisions pick up frurn us

~. T'he Chief, Physical Security Division, Office of Security,
inspected the +Gable Secretariat and approved our procedures as they
relate to the handling of Top Secret cables, classified waste,. code
d+~signa-tions and physical security. In this connection, the Office of
Security, fn tceeping with thefx policy of updating the security of
sensitive areas, is making arrangements to install ahold-up alx-xm
system. for the Cable Secretariat. This hold-up alarm system when
installed wlll annunciate at the security control canter,
Lt. Mr. W. '~''. Fuller, 3r., Eastern R.egion~-1 Sales Manager of
Universal Business Machines, visited. ua at par request to deterzrane
