ABSTRACT: By analyzAng the tunnel-diode characteristics and by
using well-known tunnel-diode relations, fomulas for relay-
type operation, ahaped-pulse duration, input resistance Rw
ensuring trigger "ration, etc. are deduced. These formulas
permit dosigning alave nultivibrator and trigg rs on the 14
basis of the same tunnel-diode circuit (see figure)

circuit operates on the voltage-switching principle. Its
manostabWty In attained by changing the resulting in

PERIODICAL: Dokl. AN AzerbSSR, 1957, Vol 13, Nr 2, pp 107-116
ABSTRACT: rhe problem of the stress distribution in a link plate with two
press-fitted pins is solved by the Kolosov-Muskhelishvili method.
The basic results employed in this work were derived earlier by
A. 0. Ugodchikov (Dokl. AN SSSR, 19 5 1. Vol 77. N r 2). Two
numerical solutions are given. A number of misprints are found
in the paper; for example, in tables I and 2, several signs are given
incorrectly; the peaks of xxand yyin figure 6 do not coincide with
data in table Z, etc.
