: The established composition of NA in the intestinal bacil-
lus differed from NA composition established as a result
of investigations by Chargaff and co-workers. The author
assumes that there is a connection between DNJL and specifi-
city of protein synthesis and is inclined to admit that
there is no direct genetic caanection between DNA and RIA.
