'TEXT: A gyroscopic device is patented which secures the maintain-
ing :of a preset; course of a ship. The.course and 'helm position
pickups are contactless, of induction:type, with moving cores and
~,I: connected in a difference circuit thro!.Igh a magnetic.amplifier.
The ~course pickup is connected to the ryroscope. The,cores have
different shapes, which are so chosen that when the ship deviates
from a preset.cours,e a signal af necesoary..nagnitude is produced.
~t is possible to control the dependence of the helm position on
the deviation of the ship from the c6u--se. There is an arrangement
for null positioning of the control device*ihdependently of-the

The cases were selected in 8hich reversed T X-is found in precordial leads, corres-
ponding to the right ventricle ( 1 toc 3 or even `4). In 4.7 patients this finding could~
not be explainedleithor by right ventricular strain, right bundle branch block or by
infarcticn. In 16 cases these changes were due to acute or chronic cor ptilmonale, in
10 cases:to a myocardial lesion. In the remaining 21 cases various climacteric
turbancevue-re present. In none oftbase latter cases could the previous susoicion
of coronixy disease.be confirmed clinical,'y (anamnesis, physical examination, X-ray:~,
ECG, nitroglycerin and gynergen tests). The authors are of the opinion that the ECG
changed mentioned do not rapresent an-iimpaired blood supply but correspond to disorders
of the n,~.rvous regulation of t rophic function of the myocardium.
