Flarry.
Please accept my personal thanks for partic-
ipating in our first office-wide conference. It
was an unqualified success, and much of that success
was the result of the willingness of Agency people,
especially senior managers like yourself, to share
their experiences and ideas with us.
I was a little reluctant to open ourselves up
to managers from major customer offices, but the
critiques indicate that your panel discussion was
one of the best received sessions of the Conference.
I heard several comments about how enlightening it
was for ODP personnel to hear about ODP service
from your point of view. she candor and humor you
brought to the panel discussion was certainly
refreshing.
I certainly want to thank you also for moder-
ating the panel discussion and helping us out with our
bar. Thanks to the responsible and professional
n-tanner in which you handled this highly sensitive
job, the bar was able to realize a small profit,
which we put into the :Muffing Memorial Fund.
Thanks again, Harry. we certainly enjoyed
having you spend the evening with us.
