1. Tn Septcmber, the Chinese Communist South China. furoau established a South-
east Asia ConTunist Tnternational Cadre Members Training Center in Canton
or on uainan, F` TIG :'ai.chu has been named director and YIIki
Chin ( _.) deputy director of the training center. F-110's position is
probably honorary,
2. The first class started a six-month course of training on 15 September.
There are 150 trainees in the class, including 50 natives of Indochina,

5 from Indonesia., and 15 from other areas of Southeast China (sic).
