STAT I TAT TL 210 (Unclassified - GLC) James Calloway, Counsel, Senate Appropriations Committee, called to confirm Bill Colby's appointment with Chairman McClellan at 9:00 a, m. on Friday morning, In this connection I mentioned to Calloway that Colby would discuss the subject of revealing intelligence community budget figures when he meets with the Chairman on Friday and would hope that any meeting between McClellan, and Senator Young and Senators Scott and Mansfield could be deferred until sometime after Friday.
