6. LIAISON Received a call from Ed Greissing,
Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, who said the Committee
needs a large map of Angola by late tomorrow. I said I would try to get
one for the Committee. Greissing also assured inc he had not shown the
transcript of Agency officiall testimony before the Church
Committee to the House Select Committee on Assassinations as they
had requested. I told himi [lid not want it shown to the House
Committee but I said this decision was subject to Agency review. I told
Greissing I would,.get back to him on this.
/ 7. LIAISON Received a call from Keith
I Raffel, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, who requested a
May 1977 report written for the Critical Collections Problems Committee
on Government anti-terrorist capabilities.
8. ) LIAISON Called. Bobbi, Senator Malcolm
Wallop's (R., Wyo.) private secretary, and arranged to see him on 18 May
at 12:00 p.m. regarding an Agency cover official whom Senator Wallop met.

9. I LIAISON Received a call from Spencer Davis,
Senate Sei ct omixu Ceon~ritei7`.igence staff, who wanted to alert xne he
had received a call from Jerry Cohen of Jack Anderson's staff. Cohen
said. there is a rurnor-that the Italian Government had requested assistance
from CIA regarding the kidnapping of Aldo Moro and that we had refused
to help. I told Davis I didn't think we would want to comment on that but
that I would check.
10. HEARING Attended a meeting, of the
Intelligence Community Sta : and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence
staff to discuss Intelligence Community Staff reorganization.
11. I I LIAISON Talked to. Lynn Harvey, in the
office of Representative Robert K. Dornan (R. , Calif. ), to respond to the
Congressman's letter t,p the Director about alleged Soviet activities in
Cuba. I explained to her that the news article in the London Dail. Telegraph
by Robert Moss was innaccurate and that: there is no evidence to indicate
that the Soviets are constructing submaring pens in Ceinfuegos Harbor
or that they are secretly smuggling strategic offensive weapons, into Cuba.
I told her that we would be happy to brief the Congressman on this but that
these were the essential facts. She said she would check with him and call
us if a briefing was necessary.
