LIAISON Met with Elliot Maxwell, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, who said the Subcommittee on Chart Fers and Guidelines would be present n~ g a series of briefings to the full Committee next week on Intelligence Community.organization. Planned are discussions of Intelligence Community structure under E. O. 11905, as modified by the new Executive Order, and some of the Subcommittee's own ideas.
