1. Attached is a letter for your signature in reply
to Mr. Mecone.
2. T do not anticipate that Mr. McCone will make a
technical contribution. We just might be able to take
at some future date should the program run into difficulties
there. While there are no compelling problems with
at the moment? I have not been there for
several months and it would be quite appropriate for me to
make such a visit in August. I would plan to take along one
or two officers who are active in this project.
