recent months, has been troubled by attacks of

sed such severe exhaustion that she Is frequently unable to
perform even the simplest task without great effort.
It is army opinion that is not able to perform
her duties effectively. To the best of ray knowledge her disability
is not the result of vicious habits, intemperance, or misconduct.
