Approved For Fuse 2006/04/13: CIA-RDP67B00511 -45 Dear Charlie, Attached herewith is a trip report on the three papers that I heard in Washington. These papers were not as helpful as had been hoped but I was able to spend time with the National Bureau of Standards discussing the testing of large optical flats (in particular mirrors).
