Approved For Release 2 IA-RDP59-00882R000100210063-6 I July 1951 MEMORANDUM FOR THE FILES SUBJECT : Procurement of Telephonic Recording Device REFERENCE: Memorandum from Chief, Control Division, OCI, dated 29 April 195+ Reference requested our concurrence in the procurement of a telephonic recording device for use in the CIA Watch Office. Our concurrence was as follows: "Office of General Counsel concurs provided that the Federal Communications Commission's orders and Telephone Company regulations concerning the recorders are complied with.
