MONITORING ALL RECORDS: THE SYSTEM STATUS By selecting the first option, you will receive a display of the so- called system status (Figure 8), which will enable you to monitor the edi- torial review of all records for the mission ahd phase you specified when calling the VEA Program. Statistics comprising the system status are based entircly on the method that was used to enter mission data in the Working File. Thus, if all data was entered in the file on the basis of mission and bucket numbers, specify mission and bucket numbers in your program call when using this option. Or, if all mission data was entered in the file on the basis of mission number only, specify only a mission number in your program call when using this option. Statistics on the system status will always be approximate. An explanation of the statistics on the system status is given below. After reviewing the display, follow the instruction given at the bottom of the screen.
