Intelligence School for the exceptional) fine presentation concerning
"Economic Data" by at Fort Holabird, on
4 November 1963.
lecture was enthusiastically received by the Senior
Foreign Officer Class which attended the presentation. His material was
skillfully organized and clearly and systematically presented. As a
result of the instruction, the students gained a valuable insight into
and an appreciation of the significance of economic data. The talk
served as excellent student preparation for a subsequent seminar on the
