THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1a The I"yongyang; office of North Korean Army General Headquarters is in KIM
Il4(n ; University. The living quarters are in an underground shelter in
the university area. General NAN Il and General PAK I1-u have offices in the
university. The North Korean Army Intelligence and Reconnaisance Depart-
ment is in the former Foreign Ministry building.
2a North Korean Navy headquarters is in Madong (125.21, 38-50) (sic). Head-
quarters for west coast fleet activities is in Chinnamp v o; there are bOO
naval troops stationed at this headquarters,
3. North Korean Air Force Headquarters is at Sinui.)u airfield. Two battalions
of North Korean Air Force men (ground troops) and 200 Russian pilots are at
this field.
North Korean I Corps Conmlanding General Yl Kwon-mu has been replaced by
General PAK :El -u for undisclosed reasons.1
