northern suburbs of Kirov, USSR, at 58-37-45N
49-39-10E, approximately 1.5 nautical miles
-northwest of the center of he city (Figure 1).
The plant is -rail served and surrounded by a
security fence. Over 246,700 square. feet of
floorspace, including a high-bay assembly build-
ing, were added to the plant I

were no significant changes in plant facilities
between

also includes-perspective and plan views of the
new high-bay assembly building.
When first observed in II Plant No
266 consisted of 7-major buildings and IS minor
structures, containing- approximately 970,925
square feet of floorspace. A comparison of the

reveals a. considerable -amount bf new-
construction. .During the period between
the high-bay assembly
building (item 1, Figure-3), a workshop (item 2)
-a steamplant (item- 3), and 2- administration
buildings (items 9 and 1-1) were all completed.
