1. Yugoslavia is divided into six military districts which are located as
follows:
No. 1 Military District - Nis
Noe 2 Military District - Belgrade
No. 3 Military District - Skoplje
No. it Military District - Sarajevo
No. 5 Military District - Zagreb
No. 6 Military District - Split.
2. These military districts are directly responsible to the Yugoslav General
Staff. They have administrative and operational functions as well as
territorial (area defense) functions.
3. They are not responsible for mobilization, which is the concern of the
Mobilization Centers attached to divisional and regimental headquarters.
J.. Second Army (redesignated Twelfth Army for deception purposes) and Fourth
Army come under command of No. > District in Zagreb.

7. Auxiliary units under the command of the Second Army are as follows:

9. The staff of First Army moved, about the beginning of January 19149, from
Nis to Kragujevac. Barracks at Kragujevac are being prepared to accommodate
dependent units (10 Division ?).
100 The Political Commissar of First Army is Lieutenant General Mijalko
Todorovic, 32 year old Serb and veteran of the Spanish Civil War.
11. Units under the command of First Army are as follows:

15. Units under the command of 2 Proletarian Division are as follows;
2 Proletarian Regiment - Prilep. Commanding officer is Lieutenant Colonel
Trusa Veselinovic, and Political Commissar is Lieutenant Colonel Radenko
