Dear Dr. Halvorson:
June 14, 1967.
I am sending you the only information I have been able to obtain
on the incidence of disease among American Peace Corp Volunteers. The
enclosed reprint was finally sent to this office last week by Dr. Ralph
Morris, Director Medical Programs Division, Peace Corp.
On further consultation Dr. Morris informed me that this was the
only data of this nature readily available, but that if your panel had
any other specific questions he would attempt to. obtain the answers.
Because of the delay in obtaining this information I am also for-
warding directly to each member of.Panel 23 a copy of this reprint as;
well as the enclosed newspaper clipping which I thought might be of
interest.
