3. Ignatiev, foraerly aeeretary of the party ir. Uzbekistan, and down to October 1953
Seoretary of the Koacow Comnittoeila one of the moat controreralal figu?^aa in the
Soviet hierarohy, and one of the last au^vivora of tY:e Zhdano? Broup. Only
recently has he come to an understanding with the group rollowing ]lahenkov and
