Kissinger's South Asian Trip
I would like to extend my appreciation to all of
those in your office who contributed to the excellent
briefing book prepared in support of Dr. Kissinger's
trip to South Asia. The response from the recipients
of the briefing book has been highly favorable, both
for its timeliness and its comprehensiveness. I realize
that this project was the result of the efforts of many
individuals from all components of the Agency, and I
want to be sure that all who participated are informed
that it was indeed a fine effort which speaks well of the
Agency and of those involved.
