1. A review of the FY 1965 IDEALIST Budget has just
been completed in an attempt to fund an many of the V-2
product improvement items as poaai 1965 money,
Indications are that approximately is available
for reprogramming towards this end. To Implement this
the following contract changes are necessary $

2. In addition to the above, request that the IDEALIST
O&M account be reduced by $19,000 and applied as follows;
$7,000 added to the Lovelace contract,-and a now line item
for Runway Lights for $12,000 be included in .the IDEALIST
Budget.
3. Request that those offices responsible for-the .t
above changes take action immediately to assure that.this
reprogramming of funds is affected prior to 30june ,1965..
In this regard, request that MD/OSA notify CD/OSA of - thoiu
ECVx that are to be initiated durin 1963 to cowx -"'QI.
