1. The : individuals in the Office of Training .who are going
to write monographs have been given instructions as to format,
sources of information, and so forth. I have recently discovers:
that a nor of documents relating to OTR history are in storage
at the Vital Records Center. I an engaged at the present time in
spring these a propose to bring significant items to the
attention of the various writers.
2. Although no movogrVhs have yet been finished I can now
say that the historical effort is now getting started in east,
and I folly expect that most of the writing will have been done
by the end of the calendar year.
