1. This: memorandum is forwarded in response to your above mentioned
requirement, which requested a search and description of a reported thermal
electric power plant near Shih-tsui-shan (Shih-chu-shan), Communist China;
at coordinates 39 14N - 106 45E.
2. Athermal electric power plant was identified on. recent photography
near the reported location. The plant is located approximately 2 nm NE of
Shih-tsui-shorn at coordinates 39 15N - 106 47E. This location is only
approximate as the available maps over the target area are of poor quality
and contain unreliable detail. A time correlation and plant development
study could not be made because comparative photography was not available
