This memorandum is in reply to a request from CRR/D/GG for infor-
mation concerning the possible location of a power plant at the Ch'ing-
Tao (Tsingtao) Naval Dockyard.
Aerial photography dat was carefully stud-
ied and no power plant could be seen in the naval doclyard.-
A search and study of documents in the files of OCD/It revealed
that the naval dockyard receives it's power from commercial power plants
in the city. A study of the photographs-indicates that this is probably
true.
