Facilities at the- submarine base (Figure
2) include 4 piers, an operations/support area,
an. administrative area, a barracks area, a stor-
-age/support area, a storage area, a possible
POL storage area,. and a probable AAA site.
The base is road served. -
The fishing village of Veselyy Yar and a
cannery are one nm north of the submarine base.
An ammunition storage area 0.5 nm east of the
village contains approximately 15 buildings. .
