My review of the Emergency Relocation Plan indicates 25X1 the need for further designation of duties and responsibilities. To that end, I am delegatinq to the following individuals, in addition to their regular functions, these jobs: 25X1 2. These delegations do not replace the responsibility for each Chief to see that his annex to the Emergency Plan is current and substantive. 3.
