The 1 Division is under HUANG Jui ( ) and consists of the following: The 1 Wing vdith the 1, 2, and 3 Groups, equipped entirely with jet fighters; the 3 Wing with 7 and 8 Groups, equipped with bombers, and the 9 Group, equipped with reconnaissance planes; and the to Wing with 10., 3.1, and 12 Groups equipped with transport planes. The 2 Division is under LIU Wei lun (3 l and consists of the following: The 5 Wing with the 13, ih, gad 15 Groups, equipped like the 1 Wing; the 6 Wing with the 16, 17, and 18 Groups, equipped like the 2 Wing2; the 7 Wing with the 19, 20, and 21 Groups, equipped like the 3 ing; and the 8 Wing with the 22, 23, and 24 Groups, equipped like the 4 Wing, o 1. The Chinese Communist Air Force is under the jurisdiction of the Revolutionary Military Council and is under the command of Chinese Communist Amy Head- quarters. The 7 and 8 Wings Each air division has 330 planes including 162 jet fighters, 54 bombers, 27 reconnoissance planes, 81 transports, and 6 trainers. are, scattered through the East, South, and North China Areas. Air Force units for the Northwest and Southa st China Areas are being formed, and their organization will be completed by the end of 1951. 7. The Civil Aviation Command is under the jurisdiction of the Revolutionary Military Council and is assigned to the Air Force Command. It has 81 old transports and is responsible for scheduled flights between Shanghai, Hankow, Chungking, Chlengtu, and 'Peiping. 1.
