In October 1951, the PYyongyang Railroad Control Bureau, under the direction of
the Railroad Ministryl of North Korea, supervised the activities of the Pyongyang
Railroad Control Office, the West PUyyngyang Locomotive Control Office., and the
Sarfwon rack Maintenance Office. The director of the POyongyang Railroad Control
Bureau was KIM In-1ap ( l=-2- )9 aged 359 a North Korean Labor Party member
