were parked on the dispersal areas; slightly apart were 9 Ii-lOs
without color markings.

5. On 5 June, a convoy of 15 to 20 trucks, including about 10 loaded
with runway mats, roved toward the town coming from the direction
of Quenzbruecke. The vehicles
were driven by so ers wearing red-bordered black
epaulets.

7. Repair work on Infanterie Kaserne in Prandenburg was apparently
corp_leted during the first half of June and subsequently the air
force unit, which had previously been quartered in tents, moved
into tie buildings, The barracks installation was occupied by
ab;,ut l00 men, as was inferred from the number of windows lighted
at n`cht, Motor vehicles and traffic signs with the inscription
"driv:irg school" were seen in the barracks yard. Soldiers were
instruction on large charts with traffic symbols. In early
June the wire fenc e around the b cks installation was boarded
up. 2
8. At 1104 on 15 June, there was air activity a the field. One elc;ent
