The priorities in this document provide basic guidance to all intelligence activities, including those concerned with collection, analysis, and production. 2. 0 The form of this document is new. It contains provisions for changing priorities whenever such a need is identified. In addition to the priorities tables themselves, I invite your attention to Annex A of the document which provides a summary analysis of the current assignment of intelligence priorities. 3.
