Attached is the final draft of the DCI Space Policy Review which you asked for late last October, and a letter forwarding the study to the DCI. The study has been reviewed by elements of the IC Staff, NRO Staff and the Office of the General Counsel, and, in that sense, represents a coordinated product. Our methodology included a review of existing space policy and, based on the results, derivation of findings and recommendations to guide our general participation in the OSTP Policy Review. There are areas that require additional development (e.g. to 25X1 support interagency discussions. 3.
