1. FBIS does not object to the release of DDO-referred document
numbers 9 and 10 under Tab A of the attached Privacy Act request.
2. FBIS has reviewed the OS-referred file (Tab B of the attached
request) and does not object to the release of those documents contained
therein; however, FBIS has made additional deletions, as indicated, on
document numbers Cl, C3, and C4, under Privacy Act exemption (j) (1) and
recommends the declassification of the three documents.
