Reference is made to Contract No. SC-58, as amended, entered
into between the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation and the United
States of America.
Whereas, it was understood at the time of negotiation of the
rates for Auto Pilot Field Engineers lodging
forth under Item 2b. of Appendix
would be Government-furnished.
Whereas, it is now deemed in the best interest of the Government
that subsistence and lodging costs incurred.in the performance of Item
