South China/ North Vietnam According to field reporting photographed seven priority targets on Hainan Island. The field also reported that one BLUE SPRINGS and four issions, flown during the reporting period, provided coverage o seven ity targets in North Vietnam. 3. The first bucket o covered 52 priority targets in South China and 20 priority targets in or h Vietnam. Photography obtained by KH-4 missions does not normally provide detail necessary for base line/ surveillance coverage and is not considered for inclusion in Tab A. 4. Tab A shows 71 of the 176 priority targets in South China and North Vietnam on which satisfactory base line/ surveillance coverage has been obtained since 1 March 1966. The base line coverage was increased b one South China target as a result of continuing scan of Y Two BLUE SPRINGS missions flown in the previous reporting period provided surveillance coverage of two targets in the Haiphong area. The number of times each target was satisfactorily covered is shown in Tab A as well as the dates of initial and most recent satisfactory coverage since 1 March 1966. This information is provided in order to record the progress in obtaining base line coverage and the frequency in surveillance of the priority targets in South China and North Vietnam. 6. As a matter of record, the map at Tab B shows both high and low resolution coverage reported as acquired on priority targets in South China/North Vietnam since 26 July 1966.
