MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
Staff Meeting Minutes of 10 October 1980
Mr. Carlucci chaired the meeting.
Fitzwater commented that the Executive Order for the pay raise has not
yet been signed because of a legal problem which the Attorney General is
trying to solve. He said that if the pay raise was not paid on time, it
will be made up at a later date.
Fitzwater also mentioned that open season on insurance is coming up
