The series is being coordinated, puhl.ishcd. and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center iPlc (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations a:re identical with those appearing in the project requirement. This installation is not rail served. Kobrin Airfield (52-14N 024- 21E), with a direct road connection to the bar- racks area, is located 2 km northwest and Kobrin Air Force Repair Shop PUG ) is on the northwest edge of the barracks area. This installation (Figures 2 and 3)covers approximately 160 acres and contains six multi- story administration buildings, 18 multistory barracks, an equipment storage/maintenance NPIC/R-461/64 25X1 D 25X1 D area containing three vehicle/equipment mainte- nance buildings and one maintenance building, 13 storage buildings, 32 support buildings, two athletic fields, asmall-arms firing range and 26 dependents quarters. On the west edge of the installation are two underground POL storage areas, each directly served by access roads to the Kobrin Airfield. This installation was coveredby three KEY- HOLE missions from _ Comparative analysis reveals the same general level of activity. No significant changes were observed. The Kobrin-Bereza primary all-weather highway which passes along the south edge of the area serves the installation. Administrative and Troop Housing Areas Area Dl (Figure 3) contains two multistory administration buildings, five multistory bar- racks, four storage buildings and nine support buildings. Area D2 contains one U-shaped multistory administration building,-three multistory admin- istration buildings, 13 multistory barracks, six storage buildings and 13 support buildings. Scarring in both areas indicates that all buildings are being utilized. POL Storage Areas Area G1, a secured underground POL storage area, contains three support buildings. Area G2 is a secured underground POL storage area. The number and size of tanks in these reported underground POL storage areas can- not be determined. Other Buildings Area H contains 26 dependents quarters and three small support buildings. Equipment Storage/Maintenance Area Area J contains two vehicle/equipment maintenance buildings 140 by 50 feet, one ve- hicle/equipment maintenance building 200 by 50 feet, one maintenance building 170 by 85 feet, three storage buildings and four support build- ings. Athletic Fields The two areas designated K are athletic fields.
