MEMORANDUM BY THE DANISH DELEGATION
REGARDING
A TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN DENMARK AND ROUMANIA

A Trade Agreement between Denmark and Roumania was signed
in Bucharest on 18th December, 1959.
In accordance with the Agreement the main items to be im-
ported from Roumania in 1960 are:
Coarsegrain, including maize; Feeding stuffs; Petroleum
products and by-products; Sawn wood of oak, beech, etc.;
Cotton, wool, hemp, vigogne and rayon; Bottles and other
containers of glass for packing purposes; Machine tools
and agricultural machinery,
while Danish exports to Roumania in 1960 will consist of:
Breeding cattle; Fish and fish products, including salted
or frozen herring and canned fish; Seeds, seed grain and
seed potatoes; Raw hides; Woollen rags; Plants, machinery
and spare parts for the food, refrigeration and textile
industries and for the manufacture of concrete pipes,
ship's equipment etc. and other electrical engineering
equipment; Refrigerator vans, office machines etc.;
Apparatus for measuring, control and examination purposes,
medical and surgical instruments and apparatus.
No list I items are included in the list of goods to be
exported to Roumania.
